unit 2 reflection blog
I chose to do my podcast over the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals . The focus was the responsibilities they have and who started the organization. This topic is for anyone and everyone because everyone needs to know some history behind everything. The overall purpose and etc. was meant to make the audience aware of whats going on in the humane socities and adequate help is needed, such as volunteering and/or donating. Im proud that I found out how to actually do a podcast. Podcast are the next big thing and the audience prefers to listen to someone talk other than looking at a webpages in my opinion. If I had more time, I'd fix my recording. I would play around with Audacity to make my rcording alot better because I dont think it came out right. My reasearch method was pretty good I would say, but I could have went more in depth with that part of the podcast. The sources were good and very supplemental to me in helping develop what is my first podcast. I hope the grade turns out better than the webtext grades.

podcast
My podcast is going to mainly focus on adopting a pet. Im going to flat out try and do some coaching up on how it works. I really dont know yet how im going to go about the flow, but im sure ill have something up my sleeve soon.
Reflection
I choose animal cruelty because i think its a topic that needs to be brushed up on or throw out there to a reader. I believe a reader will take the experience they got to learn about my topic and coach up others that this is wrong and their really neeeds to be a change in which cruel people think and act towards pets. Im proud that I actually chose a topic that would interest others and that would grasp someones attention and the amount of research I found, which I didn't know there was alot more info that i didn't even know. If I had more time, Id probably have more information on pet adoption and more of the laws in states mainly in the midwest. I would also take the time out and get more pictures and videos. The sources that I found were great and well established. I looked at many sites and I like the way they were btrought to me, with all the facts lining up really nice. It was interesting seeing the issue from main corporations for animal abuse such as The Humane Society and ASPCA. It was really a good turnout and Im actually thinking about getting involved with the whole animal cruelty prevention.
